The Mohicans in Glenmont, OH is a unique tree house wedding venue nestled in the woods! It was the perfect location for Audrei and Declan’s bohemian, destination wedding. Audrei grew up in Ohio but Declan is from Scotland. They both live in the United Kingdom now but Audrei’s family is still in the states. So they decide to have a destination wedding back in Ohio! It was perfection.

The woods on the property are gorgeous and at sunset the light rains down between the trees and creates the most magical scene. Talk about a fairytale picture. This first image is one of our favorites from the day and it was so romantic! Also, along the property are 7 treehouse’s that you can rent and stay in. One was even built by the Treehouse Masters on Animal Planet! How cool is that?  You can also stay in cabins as well. Audrei and Declan had the Little Red Treehouse and the Old Pine Treehouse rented out for their big day. The Little Red Treehouse was one of our favorites! From the stained glass to the swinging bridge you walk on to get to it, it was awesome.

The Mohicans is a hidden gem tree house wedding venue that we cannot get enough of! If you’re looking for a diverse outdoor space for your ceremony that has unique, rustic elements, this is the venue for you. We promise you won’t be disappointed by this incredible place and we hope you enjoy these two lovebirds day as much as we did!

The greenery, bohemian style,  archway they used for their ceremony also doubled as a backdrop for their cake cutting! We love this and it was perfect for photos. Also, how good does that naked cake look?
